The applicant may appeal to a magistrate’s court any refusal on the part of the owner of the database to permit access or comply with a request to amend or delete information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
From time to time, The Company may change the terms of this policy. Substantial changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Website's homepage, unless The Company amends the Terms to comply with legal requirements.
